Our standard method of shipping to Canada and the United States is Canada Post and Fedex. Delivery times are calculated based in Ontario shipping origin. Once your order ships, you will receive e-mail confirmation with a tracking number if the service you choose has tracking feature. Please refer to services below. Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of the items in your cart and the location of your shipping address. For more accurate quote, you can use our shipping calculator in the cart after you have added your items.* Please Note: TearDrop is not responsible for any international customs and duties that may be imposed on orders shipped to different countries other than Canada. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations. International Shipping:
TearDrop welcomes all international orders! We work with clients all over the Universe and love learning about new wedding traditions and cultures! For international shipping, you do have the choice of choosing shipment via Canada Post. Canada Post is typically preferred as there is more economical services available. Shipments can take 1 day - 6 weeks depending on the type of service. Please note that Priority International and Xpresspost International are the only options that will have insurance and tracking available. Other options will not have tracking nor insurance which we cannot be held reliable if the package is lost or damaged.
